St. Anton - an active summer time

Stage St. Anton   For the third time, St. Anton is a stage town of the GORE-TEX™ Transalpine-Run. On September 2nd, the second leg, which started in Steeg, ends in the Tyrol holiday resort. The next day, the runners head for their next stage town Galtuer. But for those, who enjoy a more relaxed summer planning, are also more than welcomed in At. Anton am Arlberg.

About 270 kilometres of hiking trails invite Nordic Walkers and hikers to experience the scenery and beauty of the region. Part of the path network are theme paths like the Historical path which leads from St. Jakob to St. Christoph or the Jacobstrail which partly runs through the holiday region. There is a hiking trail for everyone - ranging from easy to demanding.

The sport offers are rounded up by mountain biking, climbing and golf. So, no excuses to extend the stay after have given great support to the Transalpine-runners.
